Finally some good news

I’ve been asked to exhibit at a local art museum next June. It’s a small space and I will only be able to show about 7 quilts. The theme I think I’m aiming for is a combination of landscape and cityscape. In other words, the combination of manmade and nature made architecture. These are the quilts I’m thinking about displaying.

I might also be able to have a few small quilts.

  1. That's a nice collection for an exhibit. The few times I've been offered a small space to show my work, it was really helpful to get everything out to look at, not just look at pics on the computer. Really helped me to see better what went together for a through-line as you are suggesting here.

  2. Lovely news, congrats. You seem to have picked the quilts without a lot of dithering. Maybe size restrictions helped with that.
