I am not even sure if they serve a panini on the Isle of Skye. Panini is our girl cat and she decided that taking a nap on the Isle of Skye quilt was a good thing to do. I am going to get my exercise in an let her nap.

Skye Quilt Pinned and Ready to Quilt
So now for one of the final steps on this quilt. It is pinned and ready to go to the machine for some quilting. I can’t believe this is almost done.
My kitties were helping and keeping me company in the sewing room today.

Isle of Skye Top Finished
Well I squared up the top and added mitered borders today. Will pin and start quilting it tomorrow.

More Progress on Skye Quilt
I pulled a muscle in my back on Sunday and finally felt good enough to work on the Skye quilt today. Everything is sewn down and grasses thread painted. I think I will buy border and backing fabric on Monday and quilt it next week.
