Cloth Ornaments

I have made an ornament for my daughter each year since her first Christmas. Initially the patterns were from the major pattern companies like McCall's. Eventually the patterns from these companies became felt and glue ornaments. This I call the dumbing down of sewing. So I found a set of cat and dog ornament patterns online and did that for a few years, Then I started designing and making my own. Amazingly enough I always had these done before Christmas!

  1. Way to go ... great series. I too used to make ornaments for my kids - but then that somehow stopped. Thanks for the inspiration to do some more!
