Still playing and trying to decide what to do.
Quilt rays coming out of the center of the Moon and sayings in between the rays. This was my original idea.
Quilt phrases all over the quilt. This was suggested by Sheila. One shows the words over the moon as well as the rest of the quilt. The second one has no words quilted over the moon.
Make the words more obvious
I don’t know where to go with this. I could easily be convinced to do either the more subtle things or go with the words that are in your face.
What do you think?
Chris
This is hard. I like each one for different reasons. I would put the pictures up on the design wall for a day or two. Do something else and keep looking to see which one stays with you.

I like the one with the text continuing over the moon more than I thought I would. It has a very different feel from the one with the magazine cutouts. I guess part of your decision needs to involve deciding the mood of the piece. Yeah, I know - not much help!
