One plus one equals one

Can I play any more with those pixels? The answer is yes. I decided to combine an image from lesson 2 of the abstract class with the green pixel image from lesson 4 and then cut it up. All of this is done in Photoshop.

Here is the image from lesson 2. This was the lesson that you cut up strips of paper and arrange them.

Here is the combination of the two images sliced up. This is what E said about it.

“It is amazing - looks like a view through a factory window...love it...very interesting, unusual, and good depth.”

I am really pleased with how this one came out. What do you think?

  2. EB's right! :-) A wonderful juxtaposition. And why I'm exploring woodcuts...

  3. More excitement! That's really clever taking the two abstracts and overlaying them. Separately they are so so, together they are most intriguing.
